As a veteran in the Plantations Sector, one of the most challenging industries for Human Resource Management, Anuruddha provide his leadership to an entire spectrum of HRM in the company, including Corporate Communication and Sustainability. He is currently reading his PhD from PGIHS, University of Peradeniya, MBA in 2010 from University of Sri Jayawardhanapura and B.Sc. honors degree from Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya in 1999.

Krishna serves as the DGM of Sustainability and QSD at TTEPLC. Oversees sustainability related functions in 16 estates and 15 factories. Krishna holds an M.Sc. Environmental Science from OUSL, a Master Agri-Enterprises and Technology Management from WUSL, and a B.Sc. EcoBusiness Management Special Degree from SUSL.
